Fred Selby - Immediate Past President Fred Selby completed a 20-year U.S. Army career, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel in 1989. He then spent the next 15+ years at the FDIC where he held various positions, including nine years as the FDIC’s Director of the Division of Finance. Fred served 3 years as the Deputy Chief Finance Officer of the Office of Financial Stability at the U.S. Treasury Department managing the $800 billion TARP Program and 5 years as a Consultant. He received a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri and an M.A. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Fred served for 5 years as the President of AFDICA and is involved in the leadership of his neighborhood association. |
